Program Description:
Trustway T.E.A.M. Services has a great opportunity to save your institution time and money in student athlete health care via its diversity in products and programs. We look to customize a program aimed at selecting the most appropriate product to meet the schools needs and demographics as well as identify best practices to assist the school in maintaining cost for multiple years. Trustway T.E.A.M. Services is able to provide a comprehensive program due to our relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs (claims administrators, claims coordination service) and personal attention to cases by our collegiate advisors, many of whom were collegiate athletic trainers.

We are able to provide a variety of deductible and plan designs that will enable the school to make and educated and informed decision regarding their student athlete health care coverage.
Claims Coordination Service:
All accounts with Trustway T.E.A.M. Services include our "Claims Coordination Service". This service is aimed at removing much of the administrative work with processing claims from the university athletic trainer / administrator. Our claims coordinators work with the universities providers to develop a streamlined process once the primary insurance has paid. The school only has to complete the claim form identifying the injury as athletically related and we'll take care of the rest by having the providers work directly with us. The school administrator will still have complete access and control of those claims that are processed by utilizing the online tools provided by our TPAs and our own web site.
